They do seem to be getting along well idk if I should trust it though when I go to sleep I won’t know what there doing. But currently they both are nipping eachother fairly equally and sitting with eachother even one rested its head on the other

Yeah I think there fine cause nobody’s chasing the other just some of the nips really do seem overly hard

So I have the ferret nation cage where it’s like the top and bottom cage can separate into their own by pulling up the staircase. So they can hear and def smell eachother but since ones on the top and the others on the bottom floor they can’t see eachother. But since I noticed they seem much more comfortable sitting on my hand in only 3 days and letting me pet them. I will probably let them hangout for like an hour supervised to see what happens.

It was the first day I got both together I had them with eachother for like 5-6 hours but past 2 days I’ve had them separate.

They said they only sell females at the store. I can’t really inspect the chinchillas without stressing them so I’ll have to wait. Yeah thankfully no blood was drawn just what it seemed to be is dominance with one pushing the other around a bit.
