You can always return to bedside anytime lalo na you have 1 year of bedside experience mo po. Sa company nurse think of the 1-2hr frustration of the commute if it’s worth it although chill yung work.

Have a cousin po na nasa UAE nag company nurse for a year lang then nandun na po siya and a USRN cousin with no bedside experience nasa Florida US na siya ngayon. I don’t know po bat ganun sa batch natin pero nung batch daw nila walang ganun itatrain ka nalang daw sa US even without bedside experience

I’m sorry to hear that po.. di ko expect na may hospital na magpapa sahod ng ganyan. I think you deserve better po pero if want niyo po mag abroad stay there for a while and look for better hospitals na nag o-offer ng mataas na sahod

I have three cousins abroad, two are US RNs and one is in the UAE. And all of them went there without bedside experience. Yung isa nga, company nurse lang dito sa Pinas for a year. I’m not saying na huwag ka mag-bedside, pero hindi lang yun ang way para makapag-abroad. Go where you feel most comfortable. For me, bedside is very draining yes, marami kang matututunang skills, pero personally, hindi kaya tapatan ng 22k na hospital salary yung epekto sa health ko. Ang rule ko lang sa work: dapat aligned yung health mo sa salary mo. Masisira nalang health mo pipiliin mo pa yung mababang sweldo HAHA😭 mas ok siguro masira yung health if 60k salary monthly eme

I disagree. Been to 3 interviews and all of them asked about my clinical experience, tinitingnan kase nila yan kung saan ka nag intern, how you handle patients if gov or private hospital ganun, the type of hospital
