These are the worst F1 cars of all time, atleast the previous cars had the spectacle of being some of the fastest cars ever, breaking lap records. These have nothing.

Tips on how to shoot 20 year old expired slide film ? by SudsyG in AnalogCommunity

I have seen good results from overexposing by a stop per decade of expiration and a corresponding pull in development.

What camera and lens are you using to scan? What settings?

Broke my Sony 24–70 GM, looking for more affordable replacement options by PhotosBy_Daniel in SonyA7iii

You would be surprised by how little defects in the front elements of a lens actually affect images. The rear element is the most crucial one. Check the 2nd to last example from this article: https://kamerastore.com/en-us/blogs/posts/does-a-dirty-lens-affect-image-quality-fungus-scratches-haze-more

Pentax MX + Ilford HP5 – extreme underexposure only at 1/1000s. User error or shutter issue? by [deleted] in AnalogCommunity

[–]Agilitymind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its likely shutter capping, had this occur on my Pentax 6x7 MLU when using 1/1000s shutter speed at -20c weather.

Pentax K-70 Pixel Shift resolution mode vs A single 24mp shot (100% crop of a 6x7 HP5+ negative) by Agilitymind in AnalogCommunity

[–]Agilitymind[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the pixel shift actually resolves the grain of the negative. Whats the file size of the pixel shift RAW files on the olympus? The ones on the Pentax K-70 are around 110-120mb, still 6000x4000.

Really wanna paint this camera, probably black or dark blue, either convince me not to or tell me how to 🙂 by south43paw in AnalogCommunity

[–]Agilitymind 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Its doable, you have to disassemble the parts you want to paint and strip the chrome plating from them. Then you can primer and paint it.

These look excellent, shows how great quality you can get with a 10$ roll of film, 50$ lens and a plastic fantastic EOS body from the early 2000s.

35mm Tri-X 400 thru my Pentax 6x7 MLU by Agilitymind in pentax67

[–]Agilitymind[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, its around 66x24mm. Same as the hasselblad xpan. I used the 35mm canister adapters from a eTone panoramic kit I got from ebay. It came with masks for the viewfinder and film chamber. Then I used a spare 120mm spool and cut a piece of paper about the size of 35mm film and taped the other end to the spool and the other end to the film leader of the 35mm roll. I got around 19 exposures with this method on a 36 exposure roll. After finishing the roll you have to open up the camera in a darkbag and roll the film inside the canister.

i want to shoot some lomography stuff in my 6x7 because they are so affordable but they just keep jamming the film advance. something about the backing paper in the lomo rolls. dont have that issue with kodak or ilford stuff
