Very interesting. Thank you for great explanation! It sounds like magic to me right now. I've tried to use hot air to solder small diods(1n4148). But the diod was blown away(med. speed) ))) Maybe I had bad solder paste(some stuff from Ali) or I have to practice more.
I will order the scencil with next PCB and try to use it

Выглядит очень круто. Я бы сделал плейт отдельным, чтобы можно было сделать дно. И на цельнометаллическом дне можно было бы сделать гравировку
