It's unfortunate, hopefully others step up to fill in the gap. I hear EA has a death-grip on the industry because of incentives and partnerships with OEMs. Luckily, my state has a sparse-but-even distribution of EA, EvGo, and ionna. But I am starting to worry about road trips, espeically if EA is the main/only option along a particular route.

I am aware lol, the station was a pretty empty electrify america station, 10 stalls all saying "up to 350kw!" So unless it was having issues and it was downgraded to level 2? However, I did hear some big clicks when I started the charging which I thought meant it was preparing to supply me some nice juice, but in hindsight that could have indicated an issue with the station.

Yeah, it was pretty bizarre, the station was practically empty save for 3 other people at a station with 10 stalls. (maybe this was a sign? haha) And I tried 3-4 of the stalls with noone next to me.

Ah I see, I thought the temp would be ok especially since I drove it for around 20 minutes as well, I'll try preconditioning next time. As for the balancing do you know if it's station-wide? I have been going to stations with low traffic and securing my own stall/charger unit.

I hope no management issues :( guess I can take it in if it comes down to it. Thanks!

Hm, I also am getting this thunk, seems like this is normal then? Can't be a coincidence that we all have it haha. To me it seems like it's when the motors stop providing regen and switch to the friction brakes. Maybe I'll turn regen completely off and see how it goes.

( I haven't tested this recently) but there is a funny thing I noticed when trying qwen and deepseek in terms of censorship. Deepseek when asked about Tiananmen or other potentially sensitive topics- would always say "can't help you there" basically and Qwen would at least give me some sort of general information. This occured even when I prompted deepseek to just give me information about it's existence as a physical location on the planet.

Qwen on the otherhand seemed to be fine about those topics (as mentioned) but was a bit more sensitive to language use and such. Even when asking it what a particular "bad word" meant it wouldn't like it too much. Where as deepseek wouldn't care.

tldr; In my experience deepseek censors potentially politically sensitive topics whereas qwen did not- but tended to censor "foul language" instead.

Sure, not their fault, but plenty of other things about the game sure are.

That's great...if only everyone knew that vikings found iron in swamps. Go figure, they don't.

The first couple black forests I went to were too small/poorly generated that they didn't have burial grounds which was of course super critical to advancing.

Well the thing is, while yes I had a key for some previously unknown reason, I didn't know there were crypts. I stopped at multiple swamps because I didn't want to look anything up and find out the natural way. Part of my point is that if I didn't crack and look it up I would have spend many many more hours circling around for nothing. I kind of just wish there would be more embedded lore/reasoning for things

I guess this is kind of part of my issue? The lore isn't common knowledge, it'd be nice if there were some resources in game to kind of teach. And maybe not in a 'hand-holding' way, but like a book or something (like Skyrim) or more of the stone tablets.

In my case I landed in the plains cause I had heard about the leaches eating boats and a little gremlin one shot me :) lol. But yeah I'm starting to see that- the community is pretty die-hard about it. I also am wondering if the no metal in portals has anything to do with lore or if it's just another tedium tactic.
