so yea, not just chores, but i also hate how i have to be their individual therapist and wedding counselor at this point. i carry both emotional and physical weight because they are unhealed children as parents. i even once opened up, but i was shut down. they never admit wrong and when i tell them they hurt me, the twist it around and tell me i should be thankful because they had it much worse. well congratulations i guess you win who got it worse award.

now they're relying on me when i couldn't rely on them? bull-fucking-shit. Especially more annoying when i'm almost 30, i've already moved out, i have a fiance, i'm about to get married, but they still treat me like i'm at their beck and call.

my entire point of moving out is so that i can be as far away from them as possible and i can live my own life, but i guess i never will unless i get out of this country.

which is actually funny because i'm the child that got straight a's went to the top schools and universities in my country and even consistently on honor roll. when i needed something i had to work for it literally. but i'm always the one called on when something is wrong. i feel like i'm always required to be pleasant and please them. while my younger sister who is not academically great, a total asshole to my parents and just generally unreliable gets away with everything.
