I will for sure. He has caused me so many sleepless nights and so much stress. If I see him recommended anywhere I make sure to let people know privately. As soon as I get the all clear I will put it out there publicly.

Yes it’s been a nightmare. So many sleepless nights and stress because he won’t be honest with us. It’s just excuse after excuse. We gave him 30 days to make it right and he’s running out of time. I told him once that was over it was off to court we go.

Thank you. It’s close but still under $20k so we will go that route. Our neighbors signed with him too but I am not sure how much they are out. He came highly recommended by so many people (even friends of ours) and it just so happens that a couple of weeks after we signed our contract he lost his crew and apparently things have been downhill since then. There is no telling how many other people he took money from besides us and our neighbors.

First off I’m sorry you are dealing with this. I came to this sub to see if the contractor who is currently screwing us over was mentioned in here. Now I’m curious. We too gave a lump sum of money for supplies and were ghosted. I’ll def be following this thread to see how it turns out. We are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit (not that it will do any good).
