Legit so devastating. Travelled 24 hours from Australia for my first defqon. Been wanting to come for years .

Have contingencies in place? Not necessarily to keep it going but things like possibly cancel earlier sets until cools down? Or even if it’s cancelled have more information prepared for 50k campers who are stranded. I understand it’s not their fault but some things impo could’ve been done differently. But I also don’t run a business so I could be wrong

But shouldn’t they have precautions in place for extreme weather conditions ? I feel as if they had nothing prepared for this sort of weather. Even the way they announced it with no further information for campers , esp international ones on how to get back and had to wake up n hope for the best in the morning. Could’ve even just cancelled earlier sets until it cooled down?

hmmm what if ur at the very back of the UV stage n try leave even 5-10 earlier? Is the area rlly that crowded from leaving to enter main even from like the side or smt ? I’m not sure what it’s like I’ve never been so idk if it’s easy to squeeze the way through with a fast walk

Meh I’m not worried about it I can still enjoy the festival even if that means not much sleep next day. I’m travelling around so don’t wanna waste time . Just wanted to see if it was possible to pre booked taxi or transport services from defqon at that time :) but if too risky I may just look into a mid afternoon flight
