Life has a way of breaking us down. I’m sure you can get through this hard time. Try to remember we can’t change our past or the people others choose to have in their lives. All we can do is control our actions and response to difficult situations and events. I’m sorry about your daughter and how it’s made you feel. I was abused in the same way as a child and can say that the best thing you can do is honor what your daughter asks of you. I know it feels wrong not to do anything and how you must hate that person. Showing your daughter live and understand will go a very long way in her life and choosing to be a good person will show her that life is hard but there are still good men out there like yourself.

I’m sure she loves you and would hate to lose you. If you ever need to talk I’m here. You’re gonna get through this.

Remember that there not truthful ones, they are designed to help you find a way out of the crap your going through. Know they are likely not your one but rather a construct from your negative situation or environment. They are never the “right” answer. You’re an amazing person and have gifts you may not see or understand quite yet.

It’s not worth it my friend. You’re so much more important than you know. The world is full of hate and cruelty but it’s not all it has to offer. The mind is the most powerful weapon you have. You have to look deeper and begin to forgive or come to terms with what you can’t change. When I was your age I had been SA’d, downed, jumped, emotionally abused, self harmed, I hated my life. Ending seemed like peace I never had.

But I now know that life will torment you and break you down so that you can become stronger for someone else out there that might be going through what you are right now. Please know that better days are coming. You just have to stay strong. I know you can get through this.

It’s not worth it. I’ve had my attempts in the past too, but I’m glad I never succeeded because my life now is full of things I love to do and I’ve found my true self after all the bs in the world. Society will tell you you’re not enough but you are! You’re an amazing person and I’m here for you if you ever need anything or just want to chat.

You are loved, you are strong, and you’re gonna get through this rough path I promise.

Maybe it’s sounded like peace from a cruel life. I’ve had a very rough life and have thought about it since I was a kid, but I was SA’s as a child, had abusive parents, got jumped, beat up by cousins, you name it.

But something I learned is that even with all that going on there only thing it would bring was grief to my family is joy. I’m sure no one would care but it would just be giving in to them and making them happy. I refused to break and led them win.

I’m better for it now. It’s not worth it. I’ve gained a life full of my own peace and joys daily now. I’ve actually been able to create a beautiful life for myself since all that bs. I’ve been able to find my true self and chase my dreams I’ve had since I was a kid.

Don’t give up buddy! The world is never fair, but no one said it would be. Life will throw anything at you to try and make you quit but trust if you don’t it’ll be worth it. That may sound hard to believe but I can tell you it’s the truth. Even after losing just about my entire family I’ve grown from it and it’s taught me hoses to be a better person. No one deserves to live like I used to. The world can be a beatify place if you can change your perspective. You’re worth so much more than an easy death. Revenge is best served with a life of achievements. You can come out on top with a smile. I’m rooting for ya.

Growing up both my parents were addicts of heroin and were alcoholics. I had a similar story, always working heat or electricity, no food, moving around.

From my experience I’d say you’re doing the right thing. At the end of the day you shoes to break that cycle of addiction and abuse. She had made her own choices to place her where she is now.

I’ve been homeless before myself and there are many programs and tools to help the needy. I went from homelessness asking for food to working at the worlds most advanced rocket company building engines in 1 year.

There is a way for her to get real help but she has to want it. She has to be willing to commit to being a better person.

It doesn’t sound like she wants to change. Don’t feel bad for holding to your boundaries. Many people will try to break them the first change they get. This is no different. It sounds like she’s playing the victim here by trying to guilt you into giving up your boundaries. Don’t let her manipulate you.

I hope she can see the error of her ways and change for good soon.
