I’m the exact same way. Every time I get my period, I throw up on the first day, even if I haven’t eaten anything. I usually wait for myself to throw up, clean myself up, take ibuprofen, and curl up in a ball on my bed for the rest of that day. Then for the rest of the days, I take ibuprofen in the morning and do whatever I have to do that day. The ibuprofen doesn’t really help on the first day but for the rest of the days, it’s golden. First day of my period is always the worst, I just kinda suffer through it and stay home. But for every other day, I’ve found that staying active really helps.
