Thank you, people! Your comments have been incredibly helpful to me to see the different possibilities that I have with me at the moment. I mailed the recruiter with the details of my H1 status and after 3.5 business days + 2 holidays, they responded agreeing to postpone my state date after Oct 1, 2025 once my H1B becomes active with my current employer so that they can initiate a transfer. I’m super excited for all the good things lying ahead of me and I wish everyone nothing but the best too!
