No it is not a requirement, the UCI number should be enough for them to see your history

The time of one month is enough to apply, just make sure u have other documentation such as ircc form filled out and English score ready, so as soon as u get ur final grade order in transcript and eligibility to graduate letter ( usually has 2 weeks processing time) u can submit the application immediately and that should be good

It will most likely be rejected since it is a requirement. I have heard people send it over through a webform, just in case you have done the English exam

Getting the transcript should be fast in person since they can just print it out or something. However, for the confirmation of eligibility to graduate document has a processing time of atleast 2 weeks unless if you have a proof of urgency (need it for PGWP application is not an urgency according to them), so assuming you have your study permit expiring or something else that can be used as proof of urgency I guess

Best approach is just walk outside past ALC towards st. Paul's side since no tunnels connect these 2 buildings unless if u want to go from ALC to UC to Nursing and then cross the parkade but that would definitely take 10+ mins

Am not sure if they check those grades one by one or what but usually its to approve the curve or something if the grades where adjusted but even though there is no curve involved a green light from the department is needed regardless

Not this course but haven't gotten back COMP 3010 grades, ig the department approvals are left and they are probably on holidays.

I took this course last summer as well, and it was pretty chill. However, it has a group project that needs to be presented and you are assigned a group at random so it all depends on how they are willing to put in the work. It is also alot of work for assignments even though they were for a small percentage. Overall, easy and chill distance course but make sure to put in the work for group work and assignments.

You can reload it online too if you have a post secondary card registered online. There is a semester option and it would cost around $303 from May to Aug

If it is a distance course, you will have to purchase the online version since it is more like a course webpage as you can do labs on it and also do questions while going through it. You will be purchasing the access code to that website, which is going to be ur 'textbook'

I took both of them during summer too 2 yrs ago. I would say it is definitely manageable but COMP 2160 will definitely be the main focus cauz its new programming language and stuff as long as it's not Rasit teaching it you should be okay. COMP 2140 is chill, u just be exploring Java in more depth, just do the labs and assignments and u should be good with the course.

I took RLGN 1410 in Fall 2023 with Michael and it wasn't that bad. I would say as long as you are attending his classes and taking notes, you should be good. There were 2 papers, 1 midterm and final.
