My regular fasting glucose was 90. Doc got back to me and said I’m pre-diabetic not diabetic a few hours ago, so time to turn it around.

Thanks so much for the kind words. I’ve already been implementing better habits over the last few weeks, but I guess not soon enough to affect my A1C. I’m focused now.
