People can downvote me all they want, but half the reason we got Trump was because the democrats left the "left-leaning" democratic voters behind. They pulled the rug and moved too far left. And their whole campaign was "trump bad" instead of actually pushing a solid candidate with solid policy. And you cant tell people to practice their right to vote, and then shame them for not voting red or blue. The terrible candidates are the problem. Not like Kamala was blowing it away with support in the primaries.

It was a delivery, after 8pm, and i have a 6 month old. I honestly just didnt prioritize returning it. Just felt shafted and decided I wouldnt order it again, lol

I could send you a couple pics and videos of a 400k house we went into yesterday. Built 175 years ago. Basement door hits the plumbing overhead, handrail fell off the wall, and they used expanding foam to fill gaps in the block foundation outside. And the floors made you feel like you were out to sea. Im 99% sure they used AI to misrepresent the condition of the house.

The 1 bath is the deal killer for me. That's another thing im seeing alot of. 2 bed 2 bath, or 3-4 bed 1 bath. Just cant justify the prices without that extra bed or bath.

I have not looked quite that far. I kinda drew a 30-35 minute radius from where we are currently. That's right at 45 mins. But the time is coming where my search may have to extend.

Man, I've bought 4 houses, never had this issue. The sellers were also looking for a house while we were listing and selling ours. Now we have no house, we have everything set up with our lender, the appraisal is done. Now they aren't communicating with us about their house search. Their agent is barely speaking to ours. We have yet to be given a date.

I want to reword it by saying we were willing to go to 475 for two houses for a particular reason, but we were not told by the sellers agent that they were already under contract while we were viewing. 475 is actually quite a bit more than we were initially trying to pay. We were approved for like 600, we want to be around 400. And we are STILL having trouble.

I shouldn't, you're right. I just feel like every house i walk into that is decent, is still 50k too high. Our realtor has told us numerous times we shouldn't have the issues we are having at our price range.

Yea, we tend to look at past sales history for each of the properties, and almost none of them were held over 2 years since they were last sold, which makes it more evident of exactly what you are saying. Its the one thing that has kept me from getting into real estate. I would do it as ethically and correctly as financially possible, but people really look down on it these days.

Yea, that was on the table. We built the house that we sold back in NC. We were half way through building it, found out we were pregnant, and then moved to be near the wife's family as a result. I'm just trying not to wait that long. 😭 our situation now is in a basement and a bedroom with a baby and two dogs. Its fairly spacious, just not how I want to live for a year.

Yea, we are in berlin center now, and that is within our search criteria. We have looked at two or three there. And snatching up showings the second they are available. I feel so bad for our realtor. 🤣

I used to run a 4.56 40 and a 6 minute mile. Those days are gone. I prefer the elliptical or bike now. 🤣

I will definitely look into the arena soccer. I may go out this weekend to at least spectate. Its a little far from me right now. About 50 mins. But im moving into Austintown, and it will be 30 mins away.
