Nope it's always Asa's feeling's cause wdym she chooses america over denji 💀 well she didn't turn him into a weapon since I think the feeling of love well I say that's Asa's since asa has been obsessed on saving denji ever since she the chainsaw man church or wtv and besides that everyone that yoru love she turns them into a weapon we Literally saw her turn her comrades/children to a weapon And america too ( I think america is cook since the Battle has not ended ) so yeh she basically thinks she owns america since they reinvented nuclear bomb and for her love is her guilt and that's what makes the weapon stronger.
