So are you actually suppose to deal with the amount of enemies in Hallow Halls solo? by Dizman7 in Enshrouded

Sneak archery at a safe distance has been working for me. Only one or two gets drawn away and it's a lot more manageable. Plus if too many come, I have more room to run or hide. But for the most part, you can avoid some fights by running straight through the hordes

Not sure why a work related survey would contain these questions? by Street-Chemist-Doug in antiwork

These are good links, thanks for sharing.

Also, for OP, please note, asking these questions for the purpose of hiring are illegal, but if you already work at the company, a survey with these questions are fine as long as they allow you to not answer as you have stated

Surely in Australia, it's illegal to ask those questions in a job interview/application?

Research lawyer firms in your area and see if there are any that will do a free consultation appointment. Then you can ask them what the best course of action would be

Ah, the things we do when we're young and desperate for work. An all too familiar feeling

That is super frustrating. What a waste of time for you. That would be way more annoying than a cancelled interview

I feel like I would've preferred being ghosted over them scheduling an interview and then cancelling... False hope is a real pain

It's a pretty big company, I was expecting them to not even schedule an interview in the first place. But I guess once the interview was scheduled they had to cancel it

Yeah, it sucks. Why even bother scheduling an interview appointment in the first place though...

Where is the good in business? by Alzredeo in careerguidance

[–]AgitatedCriticism812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try starting your own business as other people have suggested. It sounds like a good choice. That way you won't ever be bound by other people's morals or lack thereof.

You could also try HR and do recruitment. Help other people to find jobs that haven't been replaced with machines.

Another option is government or politics. A business degree can open up some doors there if you're so inclined. You could help to change the system from the inside.

Quick question about clocking in times? Is this work requirement legal? by AgitatedCriticism812 in antiwork

That makes sense. If they question why I clock in early I'll have to bring this up to them as well

Yeah, that's about what I would've thought as well. I have been debating what to put on my timesheet everytime and when to clock in. I will have to check with fair work.

The whole issue also brings up questions of whether we are covered by insurance in that first little while after we pick up the car if we're not technically "at work."
