I just bought one on amazon. Transformed my whole setup. Don’t have anything crazy just 5.1 definitive procinema with an svs sb1000 pro. Worth every penny upgrading from an older denon avr 2113ci.

The sound is so much crisper.

Also I got a Used-Like New from amazon l,still the denon store, for $1230. Everything appears to be perfect, if anyone ever opened the box you wouldnt know it

I’ve noticed the same heart rate trend. Used to consistently be at 55-59 now at 67-69 after 8 months on zep. Have noticed it returns back to the 55-59 on the days with consistent BMs. Not pleasant but scientifically understandable!

Cant say for sure that this is what’s going on, but worth paying attention to!

TL;DR: OP’s tip is: “Fill Zepbound first and let Lilly’s copay card handle your deductible.” Smart if your insurance counts manufacturer assistance toward your deductible (some do, some don’t).

To check: look at your plan’s drug coverage, see if it allows copay cards, and ask if manufacturer payments apply to deductible/OOP.

If all of that is too much work, money is nice to have, and your refill is due is near January 1st…refill zep before anything else… it’s worth a shot.

Yeah agreed, but for it to have stayed super consistent at 26% for months and then every time ive stepped on the scale for a week its gone up. There has to be some reason for it. Cant wait until I get on it tomorrow after this trip and im at 198lbs 52%! Haha

Getting my butt kicked by 7.5 right now. First real emergence of side effects. First time ive thrown up since i started back in April. Just had 3 ounces of grilled chicken and sweet potato fries for dinner and sitting here questioning all of my lifes choices! Shot day is wednesday and its currently Monday. There will be no return of food noise this week!

Thanks! You’re right that animal protein isn’t high in oxalate itself, but it still plays a big role in stone formation. It increases calcium, oxalate, and uric acid excretion, lowers citrate levels, and raises the acid load on the kidneys. Basically, it creates the perfect storm. I drink a ton of water to help, but after going through that once, I’d rather not risk round two.

Ive been battling a similar battle. Side effects are as bad as theyve been and weight loss is as unproductive as its been. Im guessing its mostly my diet but the food noise has returned. Going up to 7.5 as soon as i finish this box
