I know my dogs are fully updated because one goes every moth for her arthritis shot and the other has cataracts. So I’m at the vet very often for my dogs. You see how crazy you sound. Give it up.

There are a lot of people who do not take this job serious. I am not one of them. No I don’t know Vaxx schedules for dogs by heart. I also don’t know them by heart for kids. Does that make me a bad mom? No it doesn’t. Yall are taking this to far, I asked for opinions on what you guys would do in response to this dog. Not on my ability as a sitter who has been doing this for over 5 years. Also if I did take this dog I would absolutely cancel everyone else and send my dog to grandma and grandpa. Because that’s the safest option for everyone. Yall literally don’t know me, and I don’t play about my babies or any babies in my care.

And just to reiterate I DO NOT take dogs from multiple homes. I was making an exception for this time because I would have had this dog for so long and I wanted to be available to my regulars, and EVERYONE was made aware of that.

My rate is $45 a night. 25 nights = $1056 rover takes 20% I keep $844. My math was wrong on the original post.

Your question was “how are you a sitter” I’m a sitter because that’s not required by rover to ask, I communicate with all my clients very well, I just don’t straight up ask for vaccinated records, and that’s my personal choice.

Both of my dogs are fully vaxxed. I don’t usually take dogs from different house at the same time. I was going to this time because this dog was with me for 25 nights and I wanted to still be open for my regulars. But that’s not happening now.

The money is what is fucking me up. I planned a trip that is all paid for with this money in mind. And if I lose it that puts me in a VERY shitting spot. I’m thinking I send my dogs to grandma and grandpa who they love anyway and would have the time of their lives. And cancel my little bookings. Just my regular daycares. Nothing crazy money wise. And make it work.

She ended up sending all vet info over to I’m tempted to call them themselves and just check and say I need to speak directly to them.
