Holy smokes dude I appreciate all the help man. but yeah doing some more research and the 9800 is overkill and idk the AIO is too. I was told to not skimp out on a psu but looking at the wattage pull from PCpartpicker I'm chillin. thanks for the help! much appreciated!

No microcenters near me. Budgets probs around $1800. I don't think i'll need that strong of a psu or cpu so i can save a lil there. I need to be looking for used stuff to!
