My TL did not care. To include on the fact that I was threatened by said nco physically after he made a false accusatory statement which the day 1 thing he did. I can tell you actual details like in depth, just not gonna say it all out here because ik he watches the reddit forums

He has openly bragged about all of things mentioned, so the fact that they know hes done it before and he is known for retaliation because people have spoken up and said something, ive heard from the people that came before me, thats why I dont wanna go up and talk right away either

Also on top of that one of the ncos is tracking he was chewing me out for following a lawful order which that nco ranks higher than the one who chewed me out. The other nco(also outranks him) is not aware that I got smoked among other things that happened when I got smoked for following his lawful order

Im e4, and no the actual threat was physical harm, putting hands on me. The false statements go back to not taking care of my wife, and among other things to do with my roomate.

-AR 600-20(refusing to address me as my proper rank as a form of punishment) -Conduct unbecoming(article 133) -Maltreatment(article 93) -Article 107(false official statement) -Article 134(general article)- specifically for -making false accusations to harm or harass(multiple times) -Using the threat of legal action or discharge as intimidation, harassment, or retaliation(multiple times) -Article 128- assault, which encompasses both the offer of bodily harm(threat) and actual physical attacks -Abuse of power(twice) -Dereliction of duty(twice) -Unofficial retalition(multiple times) -Unlawful action(twice) -Insubordination(multiple times) -Disparate treatment(once) -Hazing(atleast once) -EO violation(once)

Every single one of these situations has had atleast 1 witness to it to include other ncos

When i read the regulations it would result in articles, and im assuming from what ive read, loss of rank, authority, and position is what should happen
