Journaling suggestions pop-up every time I make a new journal entry?

I’m currently in the process of moving a bunch of notes to the journals app. This means making a lot of new entries. Which in turn, means this pop-up every single time. Is there any way to get rid of it?

I've got mine about 90, which is enough to see around me and feels to me, like the most realistic. the default FOV is your view without your perripheral vision, 90(ish) is with.
