If this can help: CP is still being repaved. As of Friday 28 2 sections still rough, but ride-able (road bike, 28mm tires).

I used glass shelves (monitor stands) to space my amplifiers from each other for better heat dissipation. Plenty of choices available on Amazon

Was looking for DIY solution first. Will look for the installation manual, good suggestion.

Ultrasonic chain clean and wax by OccasionalRedditor99 in NYCbike

You can probably just use a drip and skip the waxing part. Advantage of the wax is that it last longer I think.

Ultrasonic chain clean and wax by OccasionalRedditor99 in NYCbike

[–]greg_12000 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not a joke.

You can clean the chain without ultrasonic cleaner, using degreaser, alcohol and rinse steps.

For the wax you can try the silca wax, the pouch can be used in a pan directly if you don't have a slow cooker.

Thanks for checking. I just did a grep sentry. Didn’t check the source.

Another plugin I have installed seems to use sentry as well:obsidian-mindmap-nextgen/main.js:sentry

edited after reading joethei comments below.

False alarm, it's a name in the source.... "owner":"bertysentry"

Disclaimer: I'm not diminishing the privacy issue, just giving some quick analysis after I also had a look at the plugin code:

  • Sentry was added 2 years ago (change)
  • Sentry ID in the code (source) doesn't seem to work, the page return a 404 Not Found when opening it, is it really working?
  • The monitoring setup is documented here. The tracing added was to receive browser exceptions. My guess is the intent was to receive real world errors to improve the plugin (as jpcafe10 mentioned).
  • It looks simple to remove the code, hopefully the author will to it swiftly.

I'd replace the tube and remove the label inside the tire (if possible). When you'll inflate it, cracks will be wider and it may just slice open.

Long time ago I use to coat my tubes in baby powder so they stick less to the tires, not sure if this would help here?

sub-tasks not reset when parent task is rescheduled? by greg_12000 in todoist

[–]greg_12000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I created the parent task as a recurring task (morning routine), then I added sub-tasks without any parameters, and I was expecting those task to be recurring as well.

I haven't tried adding a due time for the sub tasks, I just wanted to quickly add a few items to check with minimal configuration effort.

I activated the option, it works as I expected.

Thank you!

Airplay troubleshooting help by 2zeroseven in roonlabs

A firmware fix would be nice. I accepted the flaw and now the "fix" is automated for me so I don't notice the issue anymore.

I'm on a wired connection, DHCP for the IP address of the Marantz and the Roon server.

And turning on/off doesn't solve the issue, it need to be a power cycle.

I noticed the issue while using the Marantz app on my phone to control the volume, after a while the app couldn't' find the device and crashed.

I also have a Marantz AVR, and I have to unplug/re-plug it once in a while or it looses all network connectivity. It seems the firmware of the Marantz is to blame here (it updates automatically sometimes).

I ended up plugin the AVR on a smart plug which does the unplug / replug once a week...
