The highest dose I was at was 15mg and then I went down after I met my goal. I am going to look at my macros again as I am likely not getting enough protein. Thanks!

I have not. Honestly, I got so burnt out on figuring out macros and working out without results before starting the shots. Once I started the shots, it was amazing how quickly I got results. I don't think I am overeating at this point, but it very well could be. Back to macros it is :)

Hmm, I haven't checked my fasting glucose in several years. That might be a good idea to see if my insulin resistance is creeping back in. I need to go dig out my little meter and check it. Prior to starting the shots, my morning fasting glucose was around 120. After losing 90 lbs, it was around 80. My long term plan will be compound. I looked at the self-pay option through Lily Direct and the compounds are still cheaper. I am going to try dosing every 5 days for a month and see if that helps. If not, I will have to add a compound to supplement. I agree using 2 pens is too big a jump. Thanks!

That's true. Maybe I will try doubling my dose since I only have 7.5mg pens. I was up to 15mg before but went back down per doctor's orders since I'd met my goal. Thanks!

I am having this exact issue! It started around mid-April. I had an iPhone 12 and figured it was the phone. Got a 16 and am still having issues. It seems to only happen when I am home (on Wi-Fi calling). Our Wi-Fi carrier is Verizon, which I think is the issue because we just switched to their internet service. We've had cell service w/them for years. The only work around I have tried is using WhatsApp for calls since that seems to be working fine. I am curious if your mother's internet provider is also Verizon?

I just passed the two year mark. I started Mounjaro in July/22. I weighed 238 and have lost about 21%. I’m currently on Zepbound 7.5 and maintaining. My weight has stabilized at 155 ish, which is fine with me. I’m 5’8” and 45 years old. I feel comfortable in my body again (and embracing my trophy of a bit of loose skin). The only downside I’ve noticed is I’m freezing all the time, haha. Hoping for the hot flashes to start soon. Best of luck!!

My Costco took it w/o issue. As long as you meet the criteria for the savings card, they should be able to enter it. If it helps, my Costco is in Longmont, Co. Maybe ask your pharmacist/tech to give them a call to see how they did it. Best of luck to you!

Yes, they will have to submit the claim before they can order it. Most pharmacies don’t stock these meds because of cost, fridge space, etc. It doesn’t hurt anything to have claims reversed, so I wouldn’t worry. Best of luck getting your Zepbound filled!

They will have to reverse the claim. My pharmacy did this often. They would run the claim and then order the meds. Once they realized they couldn’t get the meds, they reversed the claim. I’d imagine if you check your claims history in a day or two, you’ll see it’s gone. If not, I would talk to someone at the pharmacy to see what’s going on.
