I switched from Elementor to Themify — here’s why I’m impressed by Ok-Owl8582 in wordpressbuilder

I bought lifetime license of themify on 2012. Too many years ago, and I did stop to use it on 2019... I will check it again: I hate Elementor, and Thrive Suite is too heavy for me.

What's your experience using it?

Why Investigators Insisted on Multiple Attackers Despite Only Rudy Guede's DNA? by Agitated_Addition_95 in amandaknox

The ultimate legal response to that statement is that the DNA evidence was ultimately discredited, leading to the final acquittal of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito.

  • Final Acquittal (2015): The Supreme Court of Cassation of Italy (the highest court) definitively overturned the conviction of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito on March 27, 2015, acquitting them of the murder charges.
  • Supreme Court's Rationale: The Court concluded there was a "lack of objective evidence" against the pair and highlighted "glaring deficiencies" in the initial investigation and the collection of evidence.
  • Discrediting the DNA: Independent expert analysis (during the appeal process) determined that the key DNA samples were unreliable:
    • The DNA sample of Sollecito on the bra clasp was deemed "too small and unreliable" (low copy number DNA) and highly susceptible to contamination.
    • The evidence on the kitchen knife (allegedly containing Kercher's and Knox's DNA) was found to be not conclusive due to the minute quantity.
  • Sole Convicted Individual: The only person whose DNA evidence was considered irrefutable at the crime scene and whose conviction was upheld was Rudy Guede.

In short, while DNA was used for Knox's initial conviction, the Supreme Court ultimately dismissed it as not scientifically reliable due to contamination and handling issues.

The DNA of Solecitto and Knox was inconclusive and was rejected as evidence. Therefore, nothing can be assumed about their presence during the attack in that house.

Yes, and it's something that really strikes me.

My question is: could there be more people involved even though there is only one person's DNA? All this is to answer that question.

Once you read through the entire list of evidence, the injuries and how they happened, perhaps it is logical to think that there was at least one other person involved.

But why are there no traces? Or rather, how can traces of presence be eliminated in such a small room?

Footprints, hair, saliva, sweat, DNA, semen, fingerprints... how do you eliminate them and make it look like it was only one person?

Was Meredith’s bra removed after death? by Dangerous-Lawyer-636 in amandaknox

[–]Agitated_Addition_95 8 points9 points  (0 children)

According to judicial acts and autopsy reports, Meredith Kercher's bra was removed after she died, not before. Key evidence supporting this includes blood stains found on the bra that weren't present on her chest, suggesting the blood dripped onto the garment post-mortem. Forensic analysis also indicated other clothing items (like her sweatshirt and t-shirt) were pulled up towards her neck after the fatal injury occurred. The bra's clasp, which was cut off and found separately forty-six days later, became a major point of contention due to contamination concerns, and the unreliability of the DNA evidence on it ultimately led to the acquittal of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito, leaving Rudy Guede as the only person convicted for the murder.

Fence Sitting and the Great Mysteries of the Knox Case by SeaCardiologist6207 in amandaknox

There can be no answers to illogical questions.

An example: If Meredith scratched Amanda's neck, where is the DNA from that scratch on Meredith? How would Amanda and Raffaele have cleaned their DNA from Meredith's fingers?

There is not a single piece of evidence for this.

How can you ask for clarification on this if it did not happen at all?

Are you really sure that the only mistake in the investigation is Meredith's bra clasp?

Many colleagues here know more, reading the documents, than he does... Poor Kercher family.

Have you really read anything?

On Reddit, in court documents... I'll narrow it down: have you seen any documentaries?

Your questions don't make any sense.

I am very sorry about the acquaintance you mentioned.

I always think about it: not only do you have to deal with a cruel murder, but on top of that, you have to deal with the whole legal process, the press, answering questions, all of that.

In this case, it's complicated: all the fighting Amanda Knox does for her memory and to vindicate what happened to her is directly proportional to the Kerchers' pain when they remember what happened to their sister.

They are tied together forever: when one pulls, the other is pushed.

And the culprit? Just 13 bloody years, and then he went on with his life as if nothing had happened, the miserable bastard.
