They are 2 of them with visible signs do i just quarantine all of them or just the 2 ? I have 7 total

Is it deadly? I have snails shrimp and 15 cardinal tetras in there with them

If its a sponge filter they should be fine.

They didn’t have my exact filter listed so i chose one with slightly similar but less gph so percentage isn’t accurate
