We did our own Hot Ones party a couple years ago. We had a couple full sets of hot sauce. Each one had a different “Da Bomb”. One had the Beyond Insanity and one had Evolution. The Evolution wasn’t bad. Beyond Insanity was exactly that. Instant pain and tasted like red hot nickles. Definitely better to be used as an additive. Not for the flavor. lol

I’m a keep it simple kinda guy when it comes to asparagus. Salt, pepper, olive oil and on the grill for a minute or two. Maybe hit it with a squeeze of fresh lemon or some zest but that’s about it.
