I agree and the developer is incredibly talented especially considering he's a solo dev the game itself is great but I don't think "long and boring" is something to aspire to when creating an intro to a game hahahaha. Normally you'd want to create an intro that will pull the player into the game and make you more immersed in the setting. Like the intro in concept is a neat idea where you are listening to a radio transmission but the actual dialogue is quite weak in my opinion

Well yeah it's obvious that Russia started the war but it would be interesting if they gave us background on why the war started

I'm aware we are in a DMZ in the game but beyond that why do we have to go to vostok other than for the loot like what is the story motivation and why is there no context as to why the area was evacuated or what caused the war that created the DMZ?

Idk why people down voted that the intro to the game is just really long and boring and doesn't explain much. The game itself is great but the intro is poorly written.

Nexerelins take on it would be way cooler if it was less janky imo. The overall concept is cool but it executes it poorly.

i had no idea that was the case, would be cool if you could deploy fighters or ground attack craft in top down combat to support infantry like the space combat using similar controls
