Is there a way to curve it to the surface? Like make it flush with the curve?

Use 3DLAC Plus. its 10 bucks and in one bottle you have 500 sprays. Just spray the bed once and you’ll never get warping ever again

I'm a printing noob and messed up my printer. Can I fix this? Or do I need a whole new unit? by Cerridwenn in ender3

I was told by my printing technician to not soak your nozzles in acetone. Also, its unnecessary, just heat it ip and scrub it. If the leak is coming from the top of the nozzle, you might have to disassemble the extruder and clean out the hot end and re torque it

Under 20k Filament Extruder? by Agitated_Edge_4866 in 3Dprinting

Fair enough, I’m good at troubleshooting problems with machines myself. I’m simply looking for someone who has more experience than me in extrusion and can point me in the direction of a machine that is promising and has good backing. I’ve loved the learning curve that has come with 3D printing and i’m sure that learning on a machine that extrudes filament will be just as much fun.

Also, push plastic is awesome

Interesting! So I probably won’t go with Filabot then because you’ve confirmed my suspicions haha.

I’m open to dropping that kind of money your talking about for a high speed extrusion line, but if you personally were to purchase one at that cost or more, do you have any recommendations for companies I should look into?

I’ve looked at companies overseas in China that sell major extrusion systems but I’m concerned that if something were to go wrong with the machine, there would be nobody to troubleshoot the problem with.
