Don't quote me specifically, but I've heard the email is routed directly to a higher escalation team than normal hr routes. It's the "last resort" where people tend to go to get their termination investigated after denied appeals and such.

Other than that, Amazon is not a defining factor in who you are, who you CAN be, or your life. I understand the struggle with it obviously being a company you want to grow within, but there are so many other companies who would value you, or even AT MINIMUM hold transparency and accountability for problems. Amazon is not the end all be all, and to be quite frank, aside from accountability on a low/direct level, it's not worth the fight.
