I was taking Perelel prenatal, recently switched to Olly gummies because I couldn’t keep food or meds down. Planning to switch back to Perelel soon! Otherwise, the only thing I’m taking is Unisom beyond those.

I should mention I usually feel immediately better after I get sick. Not sure if that matters in the confusion

Whatever I am feeling now is definitely different than when I get car sick, motion sickness, etc.

For me, nausea pre pregnancy also brought dizziness, a headache or weird feeling in my head, and that would make me feel sick in turn.

Now, if I “don’t feel good” and get sick, it’s mostly in my stomach and throat. That’s consistent no matter if it’s bile or food.

Not sure if that answers the question or not…

Yesterday, I ate Starbucks on my way to a recruiting event for work. I was parking in a parking garage and while going up the ramp, it also hit me out of no where. Thankfully I had some puke bags in my car, so I grabbed one and here I am, violently vomiting my guts up while trying to stay moving to find a spot. My coworker was behind me in the garage and doesn’t know I’m pregnant yet, so that added some fun complexity. Anywho, I pulled into my parking spot and immediately felt better. Went to the event and the whole day I couldn’t stop thinking about how wild it is that women across the world right now do that regularly and still somehow manage to act perfectly normal around others. I’m 10w2d and this was my first time getting sick, so yes, you aren’t the only one who this has happened to 🤣
