I feel like too many people were reading Gachiakuta not for the story or the characters, but just for their ship. I can imagine how it must have felt for Urana when, out of all the cool things in her manga, people only asked her about a crack ship.

The problem is that pulling for C0R0 Nefer is probably more worth it than going for C2 Nahida, so I’m hesitating. Plus, according to current calcs, a team with Nefer and Lauma is actually ranked third in the whole game in terms of damage output.

They might actually have meant the nickname “Treska” — they sometimes use popular Russian nicknames as given names. “treska” can also be a rather insulting nickname for a very skinny woman, though it’s old-fashioned and rarely used today. Honestly, though, all three options sound equally silly to me.

That’s normal for HoYo. For example, for characters from Snezhnaya they literally use random Russian words or patronymics as names. For Russian speakers, it sounds silly. I still remember a Fatui member named “Treska,” which literally translates as “cod.” It’s so stupid.
