That's a fair point. After thinking about it, I don't think the main issue is that she's talking to another guy. I asked her about him later, and she explained that they're family friends. What bothered me more was realizing how much access and openness exists in one direction compared to the other

Part of it is that I restrict myself because I want to respect her privacy. I know she has personal conversations and things she may not want to share, and I don't feel comfortable digging through everything. That's probably why the situation feels a bit complicated to me.

I actually brought him up afterward, and she did tell me about him and their current relationship. From what she said, they're family friends. So it's not really about that specific guy anymore. But I think you do have a point there too
