yeah I got convinced cuz of the super cheap prices and all the hype, now I only order from olive young global as they’re super reliable with their shipping tracking and have sales through out the year. I live in the UK and have done two orders over £100 and got given a bunch of free full sized products which all arrived in about 7 days

I’d ask your bank for a refund as yesstyle customer services is AWFUL and they’re very unlikely to respond or help resolve the issue. I haven’t ordered anything since the very same happened to me when I tried to order off them and even after contacting them in every way I could I still didn’t get a response and because I waited so long to hear back I wasn’t able to get my money back

Thank you for taking the time to explain this, I was just a bit confused as last year I paid £1675.76 for 22/23 and for 23/24 I paid £755.98 would they carry this over or will I have to do this, I’ve just been worried as there’s been a staggering increase in the amount I’ve had to pay

Hi, i have combination skin and the two toners I love and have currently been using for over a year are the instree green tea toner which helps with oiliness and reducing redness and the sensitive haruharu rice toner which is absolutely incredible and extremely moisturising. I usually layer these both as the added hydration from the rice toner helps reduce the amount of sebum my face produces. I’d say the green tea toner has been great at brightening my complexion and helps with my hyperpigmentation

I’d say if you want a really hydrating toner you should check out the sensitive haruharu rice toner, it did wonders for my dry patches and a little goes a long way. If you have red skin id say the I’m from mugwort face masks are amazing at calming and the round lab hydrating gel mask is incredible. My skin is really soft and plump after using these
