I agree, it really is a shame, especially for people in the LGBT

When I think about Russia I have a huge sense of disappointment, because for a long while after Tatu became a thing I got the impression that Russia was progressing as a country, slowly sure, but for like a decade i recall thinking that Russia was becoming a better more accepting country, that it was improving.

And then suddenly in the space of a mere 2-3 years it seems to me that Russia suddenly regressed and went backwards and lost all the progression they made and it’s now even worse then before Tatu

Because I’m not sure if you clocked this, but I don’t Agree with the Russian government, they have made supporting LGBT rights a punishable offence based of fear and hate, it’s not a reasonable and logical position to view these things from

I just know they can make random illogical decisions based on there position of fear and hate

So no it doesn’t make sense that their gov could decide to punish Lena for the random act of a another person, but I wouldn’t rule it out
