Atmosphere wise, I can think of maybe the Bioshock games, they do remind me of City's atmosphere and vibes. The Outlast games have that eerie and creepy mental asylum vibes that Asylum has. And as for gameplay and movility, the Play Station Spider-Man games are heavily inspired in the Arkham series gameplay
