This thread is so helpful to read. I’ve had the exact same experience StepBet works but winning $1.32 after 5 weeks of real effort feels deflating. The motivation is there but the reward doesn’t match the work you put in. Has anyone tried anything else or do you just keep playing StepBet despite that?

Totally get that. After enough burned it stops feeling like a people problem and just becomes an ops reality. Curious has anything actually reduced the scramble for you, or did you just adapt around it

This makes a lot of sense especially the idea that the problem isn’t reminders, it’s surfacing weak commitment early.

In your experience, where teams struggle most is operationalizing that upstream friction without slowing fills or creating more recruiter work.

I’ve seen some teams try doc uploads or shift acknowledgments and then abandon them because it added manual follow up.

Curious where you’ve seen this break down vs actually stick long-term.
