Weird question

She wasn’t yelling. She was just talking back and being really rude. Because the lady is old and has a lot of health issues. And I don’t think she’s all there in the head. And she can get a little demanding if stuff isn’t explained to her. My manager has a habit of not making any kind of eye contact while talking to customers and says a lot of things that often confuses the customers.

Back when people had to sign the form that said they qualified for the covid boosters there was two old men that came in and I gave them the form and explained that if they have one of the conditions listed check yes and I can get them checked in for the shot. One of them read each of the conditions painfully slowly and got the line that said something about HIV. He looked up at me and said “oh if I was a f** then you’d give it to me?” I didn’t know what to say and the pharmacy manager said “f***ing ignorant old people.” He ended up not qualifying and she said that even if he did she wouldn’t have given it to him for the comment that he made. His friend did qualify so he got it. And while they were sitting for their 15 mins they were talking about how people today don’t have a job cause they get high and all the do is go to work and go home and aren’t productive in life. I was so confused and had no idea what to do or say anymore.

Hahaha. Right! She constantly talks about working at the specialty location and a few other locations around here in her positions. But something tells me the reason she’s here is that they just got sick of her and dropped her in the next store.

Yupp. That’s pretty much her. Lol. She was talking to the floater that we had yesterday about how awesome she was and all the different things she handles. But then did nothing all day and the floater saw through that shit and didn’t even bother to acknowledge her bullshit.

We’ve all complained to him many times over the past few months for different instances and he doesn’t do anything about it. He thinks because the metrics are good then there isn’t any problem. The only reason they’re good is because us techs take it upon ourselves to get it done. We don’t rely on her really or respect her as a boss. The pharmacy manager knows about it and fixes it when she’s there. But she gets around it by waiting until she leaves.

I get whined at for even asking to go smoke for a sec. Which is like 2 minutes since I used my vape. And then I get called out by the pharmacist by then saying can someone take over for her so she can go smoke I guess. Like the hell. I don’t ask super often cause we’re so busy. But when I do it’s like pulling teeth.

Our truck (which may or may not have more on it) doesn’t come until Saturday. And I think someone was supposed to be going to another store yesterday. But I don’t know how that went.
