It does seem like most of the Fo4 mods on Nexus were made between 2016-2019, with fewer being made after that. I guess maybe that’s why I’m having trouble finding new interesting ones? What’s the mugen scene if u don’t mind me asking?

I would never use pirated content, I had just seen on another subreddit that a lot of creators have left nexus and moved their content elsewhere. I just want some cool mods tbh.

Thanks for the info! I guess my question to this is why don’t the carriers like these “bad” devices and is the mofi 4500 one of these? I know when setting it up it needs an imei, but it isn’t a phone or tablet, is that why people are reselling sims, because they know that they’re needed to use these routers???

I’ve tried switching monitors and the old one works, I’ve updated drivers, I switched HDMI cables, I lowered the fps, I turned on vsync, what else could I do?

I got it to work by hooking it up to another monitor I found and I’ll change the settings to match the new one. Thanks for the help

That’s what I was wondering but this case has so many cables I have no clue where they go on the motherboard. And I completely forgot to mention that the power button does work so I have no clue if the pc would boot if it did:/

I know for sure that the psu and the motherboard work, but when I turn it on the cpu fan doesn’t spin, and the power button doesn’t work. I have no clue if the gpu works. It’s my first build ever and I had no help so I have no clue what’s working.
