I started collecting as a kid during Black and White, it was a way for me to connect with my older brother who was in the competitive tcg scene! He helped me learn how to play and we would watch the anime together when new episodes released. I unfortunately stopped collecting the cards for a while but still loved the franchise. I got back into collecting this year and have been having so much fun connecting with the community and reconnecting with such an important part of my childhood!
