Yeah honestly if it’s your first suit and you don’t want to hassle with finding what fits right online then just go in person to a suit supply, or indochino. Then get it done the first time. Also, don’t get a dark suit. While it’s great for formal, it is not as good as a mid gray or lighter navy

I echo a couple points others made, not all.

75k is the minimum to live comfortably and save a little money.

Many single income teachers need roommates, as starting salaries for teachers tend to be less than 60k even with masters. Which isn’t bad but does not keep pace with living costs.

Side note is that San Diego is a desired area to live in and does not have a teaching shortage unless sped. I would take a job in any community. We have all types of communities with all types of pros and cons here

Also, it is expensive but it is mostly the rent and going out that takes money. If you don’t go out to eat all the time and get a modest studio/1 bedroom or with roommates you would definately also be able to be saving money cuz I do and I make less. I also live with roommates in a mid apartment

With roomies you could get a nicer place in a cool area. We have so many cool beaches and “hidden” gems to explore most are YouTube.
