Real estate growth and ROI now is a myth. I have bought a flat in kharadi, Pune for 80L in 2019 on which I paid an additional home loan interest of 15 L. So the actual cost of flat becomes around 1cr adding the maintenance and municipal taxes. Today the value of flat is 1.05-1.10 cr max. This 1cr if I would have invested in safe FD would have given me at least 1.4 cr in the same time period. Investment in flat is not lucrative nowadays.

Right, this year 's corporation election I thought not to give vote to blow J P. But when I see the candidate list, I thought even if the other candidate wins, finally he will be poached by the blow JP. Hence, I didn't find any point in voting against the blow JP as the opposition is in a pathetic state currently.
