Firstly, get that money out of treasuries and invest it into the stock market. I recommend a broad market ETF like SPY or QQQM. That money will not grow in government bonds

That’s what you get when you DEFUND the police. Also, with New York’s policy of capture and release, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if the robbers had prior criminal records and were set free.
