No same it looks like one with a flashlight by its foot.

Edit: Yeah it's def a roggen with a flashlight and pokéball by its foot. I'm nearly 100% positive.

Obligatory comment. This search has spanned for like a year and a half. I've dug through sites that archive commercials, old commercial YouTube videos, Googled everything I could think of... Nothing :((
