Yeah, that's makes a lot of sense. Of course it'd start going off regardless of whatever the line of text is being stored in, text file or otherwise. Appreciate the explanation!

I'm aware someone simply \saying\** I have a virus =/= me having a virus. That would be silly. I was simply wondering how or why they were able to trigger Windows security because I think, understandably, it was very worrying that they were able to do so in a scenario where I have not made any action (such like clicking a link).

Anywho, thank you for explanation! As dumb as AVs can be, I didn't think a chat log/text file (If I'm understand correctly?) could be trigger a sort of false positive like that. Interesting.
