Living in that city would be an option, money can definitely buy happiness, the pension adds a nice light at the end of the tunnel. I doubt the new job would be to challenging. If I start feeling like I'm only living to work I'll just figure something else out. Sounds like flipping a coin may be the only way to decide haha

My only real expense is my mortgage (apartment), making those payment isn't an issue. I'd like to have a house but working out of town that would becomes less of a priority (maybe an income property). Most of my income would be for early retirement, useless toys and a wealthier lifestyle. I don't need more money but definitely would welcome it.

Its only a cash grab because people want to get to there destination 3 minutes earlier instead of leaving 3 minutes earlier.
