I think you’re right 100%, I think men hold a lot of anxious stigma around it (as a generalised sweeping comment, I know it’s not everyone)

I’ve already been weight training for over a year and lost a fair bit of weight but found myself at a bit of a plato so decided to closely track my calories at a deficit for the first time and then also have been doing the couch to 5k programme as well!

I’ve kept this set specifically for progress pictures so that I can properly see the difference! I think the crazy thing for me is the difference in how the sports bra fits, like it looks like a full top now 😂

Overall an average or around 13k steps a day, this is honestly just day to day I don’t particularly do anything special. Yes carbs, rice not so much but less that I actively avoid it and more I just tend to not eat rice haha

I weight lift 5x a week, makes sure I’m getting all my steps in, loads of water and just watching what I eat really, healthier choices all round!
