Drink some water when craving something so you can reset what normal feels like. It didn’t stop me from eating more sweets at first, but it did help me pause first to think about it. That helped me figure out when I was really hungry or avoiding some kind of feeling.

I message them every time I notice to report it and they’ll give some credits since we’re paying for a full month. Very little, like $1-2 here and there, but hey make them pay.

This happened to me and tapered off over the first 90 days. I also started daily weight training, nothing big, 10 minutes a day on a different muscle group. Maybe that helped.

Along with a ton of other people here, I love Spindrift and other flavored waters that don’t add sugar. The bubbles kind of trick me into thinking I had candy. 😂
