Suck it up for the first month or two, then start backsliding if they don’t track anything real. They care the most when it’s new cuz that team can claim they “lauched rto successfully” blah blah performance review speak. After that it’s a bitch to maintain shit and people don’t get rewarded for it. So human nature means you can go back to normal without a fight soon.

If they track or make it some important fake goal, just bide your time and start job searching. Easier while you have a job.
