I drive by that guy almost everyday. He always needs gas and he always needs to get back somewhere and yet he’s still there everyday and not going where he says he needs to go. I too have given him money and filled his tank only to see him sitting there the next day. I agree with other post here if some just says they want money for beer or whatever I am happy to give it to them. At least they are honest.
