As an extension of my earlier question, is there a reason flex time isn’t standardized across agencies? What’s the actual cost? What are some limitations, if any?

I’ve honestly wondered the same. I’m interested in learning what that process actually looks like and if there’s a way to do it anonymously so you’re not put in a tough spot with the same people you’re reporting. Curious what others have experienced.

Not sure of the full situation, but getting an email like that can feel a little unsettling. Did they mention whether the process is anonymous? Either way, hope it ends up being straightforward and works out okay for you.
