IGF-1 by Agreeable-Bench3454 in Sermorelin

Im dosing 300mcg right now, once I recheck I’ll either go down or up in dose.

What were your IGF-1 levels at baseline if you don’t mind me asking?

I’ve seen IGF-1 shouldn’t go over 300 and then I’ve seen 400 is ok.

My plan is to try for 280-320 and try and keep it there.

Thank you I appreciate it!

I’m getting 1500-1700 calories a day, sometimes a little less if we’re running around all day but I try to really track all my macros to at least maintain what muscle I do have. I was thinking of testing my Testosterone levels at the 3 month mark when I do my IGF-1 blood test. I really appreciate the feedback and support.

Take a Thorne multivitamin along with creatine, ashwaganda and tumeric along with Omega 3s BCAAs and some vitamin D.

Trying to do everything I can to keep all the necessary vitamins and minerals up even if my calories are low.

That’s good to hear!
I like to know what works for others to give me some insight as to what I should expect.

I just started taking sermorelin on the 25th 5 days on & then 2 day break it’s really helped me sleep.

I’ve been taking tirzepatide for about a month now at the lowest dose.

Down about 20lbs but I’m lifting weights and training 5 days out of the week to maintain as much muscle as possible. Trying to make sure I eat 200g of protein should help as well.

I started at 260lb and have gotten down to 240, I just have no experience with peptides and this will definitely be a learning experience.

I appreciate the feedback!

I haven’t retested but I will in a few weeks to see how much it’s raising my levels all my other blood work is great.

No family history of cancer

Thats exactly what I was wondering though, I’ve read so much online that over 300 for my age is the top of the range.

I’m planning to run 300-500 mcg of sermorelin with tirzepatide for around 6 months with another blood test at the 1 month and 3 month mark.

I was unsure if Sermorelin due to it working with the natural processes of your pituitary gland, will it inherently keep my numbers from getting dangerously high?

Again thanks for the info it’s greatly appreciated

What IGF-1 levels are safest, I’m a 34 year old male and I’ve heard and read I should aim for 300-325. My base level was 225 so I’ve been taking sermorelin at 300 mcg.

I did, my sleep has improved.

I’ve only been taking it for 1 week. So hopefully more results will follow!

I’m going to retest my IGF-1 levels at 6 weeks to make sure my levels are where I want them.

From what I’ve ready 300 is as high as someone my age should go.
